I combined my two hobbies – travel and wine. I organize trips to well-known and undiscovered wine destinations, which are unique in that their emphasis is based on personal meetings with winemakers. "Imagine sitting on the terrace of a winery bathed in sunlight. You have a few glasses of good wine in front of you and you talk to the winemaker. That wine is a window into his soul and it is extremely interesting to open that window. At that moment, it occurs to you that right now you don't want to be anywhere else."
I prepare various tastings focused on the variety, region or country. Wine is amazing in that every vintage is different, the wine changes with storage and the way it is served. You can never say you've tasted everything.
I organize sommelier courses for beginners, professional sommelier courses and wine courses for anyone who wants to walk through the world of wine with ease.
The courses are intended not only for the general public, but also tailor-made according to the requirements of individual or corporate clients.
When I write about wine, I am immediately reminded of all the impressions of it. How it attracted my attention with its aroma, what was the first impression on the tongue, how its aromas developed, how it was balanced, how long did I feel the aftertaste. I will be happy to write about your wines and share my experiences with your customers.
